I don't know about you all, but lately I have been on the road like crazy and barely have had the chance to get a good workout in. So I called Lauren, our personal trainer, and she created the perfect on-the-go or at home med ball workout. "I will have a 3-part series of great med ball workouts for all you busy bees out there!
