Grab your medball and LET's GO!Today is part 3 of Lauren's medball series. Part 1 and part 2 med ball  series have been killer! Did you feel the burn in part 2? Because i know I sure did. I do each circuit three times, and TRUST ME you get a great workout in. My abs are beginning to pop out and I can not wait to throw on my two piece this weekend.
