BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
There's nothing like a workout Wednesday on a F R I Y A Y a.k.a I feel like my abs are going to fall off even if I laugh the tiniest little chuckle! #iamcroaking This weeks workout was KILLER + now I'm ready to get this weekend started but not before my post-workout meal.
Friyay's call for a quick + easy recovery meal that took me less than 5 minutes (in total) to gather all the ingredients, prepare and E A T. Literally. LOL, #iwashangry
Try this smoothie bowl packed with all the goods!
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop Vega Sport vanilla sport protein powder
- ½ cup Siggi's Dairy plain filmjölk, drinkable yogurt
- ½ cup Tempt hemp milk
- ½ avocado
- 1 kale leaf
D I R E C T I O N S
- Combine all the ingredients in a NutriBullet, Ninja or blender for about 30 seconds or until silky smooth.
- Top with all of the glorious toppings—add your own OR even just eat it plain!
