Set goals and achieve them! That's exactly what I did with the help and guidance of Lauren Williams, our personal trainer. If you remember, my goals were to tighten and firm my body this year. I wanted to gain my strength back and get my booty a little bit more firm. This video right here will help with just that. Split squat progression will target your legs and butt, which is what I focus on three days out of the week and trust me, I have seen a huge difference in my body. In order to enhance your squats, Lauren uses the back of the bench or the back of a chair to increase stability and single leg strength.
