How's the fit journey coming along? Hazl and I have been in the gym three times a week and we feel awesome. We will share our progress with you at the end of the month and would love to hear your fit story as well!

Lauren wants to show you one of her favorite abdominal moves that will strengthen your whole core, the side plank rotations! The video will demonstrate how to do the exercise for both sides of your abdominals. Having a strong core is key, especially for back issues. The stronger your core, the better! Remember, take your time and focus...YOU GOT THIS!
