'Tis the season for M A C A smoothies!

There's no better way to begin your morning than to kick start it up with a nutritiously packed smoothie! I officially am a smoothie A D D I C T, guilty as charged.

Maca is one of my most *favorite powerhouse superfoods! It is super rich in vitamins, amino acids + is higher in calcium than milk. Crazy, huh? No, not one bit crazy because it's all-natural and known to be a grown high in the mountain in South America of high altitudes.

This superfood naturally helps the body adapt to stressors like a hectic schedule, busy family life, demanding job, illness, high-intense sports, and things of that realm!

Maca does the body wonders by increasing energy levels, libido, stamina, athletic endurance, mood, hair growth, mental clarity, memory, focus, regulates hormone balance + reduces anxiety, stress, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, acne + improves muscle gain, skin tone and strengthens bones + teeth!
