AVOID the Holiday LBS!!!

Are you ready to shed off any extra Thanksgiving turkey you might have added on during the holiday? Trust me, with this 20-minute core workout, Lauren has raised the bars and  she is preparing you to stay in top shape for this holiday season. For today's Wednesday Workout, Lauren has created an invigorating strength class that focuses primarily on your core. So if you're like me and going to the Caribbean for New Years and need to be in a bikini, this one is for YOU!I encourage you to find 20 minutes to pump this workout in!
