It's Wednesday beauties, let's get it in!

This week Lauren is pumping up the energy with a fun jumping jacks series. Yea, I said it- jumping jacks, the exercise we all had to do to warm-up before gym class. Well, Lauren is bringing them back in full effect!

Jumping jacks are key for getting your heart rate up and to burn those calories faster than ever. As Lauren says, "Jumping jacks allows you to burn fat at a rapid rate, increasing weight loss. It's also a full body workout! During this series, you will be moving all of your large muscle groups building major strength. No pain,no gain! Let's get our sweat on this week starting with this full body workout NOW! "
