Lauren is not wasting any time this year to get our bodies healthy and in shape. Well if you haven't checked that video out yet, I definitely suggest you do. Better yet, check out our personal trainer in the latest Greatist article where she demonstrates how to exercise at your desk while at work. Some of us at our desks for almost 40 hours a week and that just isn't healthy for our body. So as usual, Lauren has found a solution!
